Augmentir CCPA Commitment

Augmentir complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and supports our customers compliance with the CCPA.

Augmentir’s connected worker platform is provided as a service to our customers. Under the CCPA Augmentir is a service provider. We will work with our customers to respond to any right to know, right to delete or opt out requests.

Our Privacy Policy describes the data that Augmentir collects. In general the categories of personal information collected is limited. Augmentir does not sell the personal information we collect.

How California consumers can exercise their rights under the CCPA

Since Augmentir is a service provider under the CCPA, California consumers should work with their employer, our customer, to exercise their rights. Augmentir can always help facilitate the request by contacting us at privacy@augmentir.com. Augmentir will take reasonable precautions to verify the identity of consumers and customer admins before processing any requests. Consumer requests will be handled within the timeframes set forth in the CCPA.

Right to know

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we collect. Augmentir will work to identify the customer in order to direct the request to the right customer.

Right to deletion

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to delete their personal information. Since Augmentir is a service provider Augmentir will work with the customer in order to determine whether profile information can be deleted.

Request to opt out of sale of personal information

Augmentir does not sell personal information as such term is defined in the CCPA and will not sell personal information without providing a future right to opt-out of such a sale.
